How it works
Two rules that keep pricing honest
Published minimums
Advisory engagements start at a minimum of 10 hours per month. Build sprints are scoped to a minimum of one full week of dedicated work. This keeps engagements focused and ensures we can do the job properly.
Advice vs. delivery are priced separately
Strategic advisory (exec-facing, risk-reducing, decision-enabling) is priced at a premium. Delivery work is scoped and priced to move fast while remaining profitable for both sides. You'll always know which you're buying.
